Guest Poly.Morphism Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Hi, In my case, I have the "IsShortcut" registry value in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile, but the Favorite Links still doesn't work (it shows "Empty" and I can't drag drop any thing into it). Then I found *the reason is because I once deleted the Links folder in C:\Users\MyUserName\*. So, after I created a new Links folder under this directory, the Favorite Links works again! And, to put a shortcut in Favorite Links, someone can just create a new shortcut in the Links folder other than drag drop the shortcut into the pane. style_emoticons//smile.gif -- Poly.Morphism Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com Quote
