More "Destination Folder Access Denied" buffoonery

Hello all. I've read through all the sections on this forum that deal

with this problem and I cannot resolve it. I've also read through the

tutorials posted by Brink on setting UAC levels via the Local Security

Policy and still no dice. Very simple problem:

I downloaded iTunes installer for 64-bit systems as well as the

Quicktime installer. Neither would work (another story for another

thread I suppose) so I wanted to delete them. That's when I get the

infamous "Destination folder access denied" nonsense. The files are in

my user account folder that is on the desktop. I'm running Vista

Ultimate and computer is less than two weeks old. I made sure to change

the security settings to give me full control and still no dice. I'm

the only user on this computer. I've not been able to find another

solution in other threads.

Thanks for the help!

John
