Despite layoffs, Ballmer is doing a great job

CNET News, CA

Vista, Windows Mobile, both are in ruins. Microsoft's growth has ceased in both areas and they're losing out to Apple and others. Has Ballmer stopped or slowed this? I don't think so. Windows 7 and WinMo 7 might be a change, but this is years and years ...
