(when CA is down during movement ) Ie: Q: users can't decrypt files since EFS uses CA. True ? Q: users can't open email from outlook 2007 server because CA would be down - True? Q: I also understand that one can uninstall CA from their server and then demote the server . Obviously backing everything you can up prior! THEN DEMOTE THE DC.. THEN Re-install CA back on that server and it will become again the active enterprise CA. True ?
