It Has A Virus On My Server Win 2008

Hi, I'm a beginner in tihis tema, please helpme I have a problem with my 2008 server:

 

1 ) when I create a folder its shows a messege saying something like this: " This folder is already created, Do you want to replace it?".

2) when I open any folder I see that there are already created direct accesses of many kinds.

 

 

I use antivirus Kasperky but I cant delet the virus, I cant change the antivirus (job politics) neither and I cant format the server 'cause it is uses data base. Please help me. I hope for your feedback. Thanks

What virus do you have?

 

Have you tried to use one of the online virus scanners to find and remove it?
