How long have you been running Vista, Jack? (Unlike WinXP, rhe true

Administrator in Vista is a hidden profile.)

 

How does your first question pertain to IE?

 

If you Save an MHT file to your hard-drive, right-click on the file and

select "Run as Administrator," does it open?
