Posted July 24, 200816 yr Ok Justin, I understand your problem, and I can help you fix it, go to Start, Control Panel, Make sure control panel is on "classic view" then go to administrative tools, then services, find Windows Defender, double click it, make sure the startup type is on Automatic, and then press start up windows defender if it is off.
