Multiple 2008 Servers One Iscsi Target, Cant View Files

I am running multiple 2008 r2 servers and have a 2008 r2 storage server NAS. I am using an iSCSI target for all of the servers. My problem is that all files and folders created by the first server I connected to the target can be seen by all other servers connected to the target. However, files created by any other server connected to the target can only be seen by that server. This is my first iSCSI target I have ever setup any help would be greatly appreciated.
