IE7 32-bit (the default one in Vista x64) has all the bells and whistles you

are used to.

IE7 64-bit looks more like a barebones, and faster one, because it lacks of

flash animations, java and activex as they are all 32-bit.

Some prefer IE7 64-bit, like Charlie, other IE7 32-bit.

If you don't need the flashing gizmos, IE7 64-bit is all you need.
