Can anyone tell me if the address's you put in the ProxyOverride option in

Internet Explorer include https e.g. if I put http://www.xyz.com it will overridde

the proxy setting for http and https connections or just http? If it's just

http can I override https by putting in the https prefix or something?

How can I override http and https for a ipadress range like

165.28.0.0/255.255.0.0

Thanks.

PS this is a duplicate, i didnt know which forum to put it in so I did both
