Can't share DVD drive between two PCs?

I have recently installed WinXP Pro (previously Win2K) on my small

(two PC) home network.

Previously I had shared folders and CD/DVD drives between the two

PCs.

After the install, I can share folders but do not get the share

option

for the DVD drive:

The sharing of the file folders is fine (ie, I have connectivity,

permissions, etc.).

Any ideas what is going on here?

I have since found a setting in Policies that enables/disables that

share but confirmed that the switch is set correctly.
