Posted November 10, 201014 yr Hi All, If I have installed Windows 2008 Server Standard Edition 64-bit using TechNet product key then later-on I want to change it to OEM / System Builder type of product key? I know that you can change from TechNet to Volume License. I did that already. But from TechNet to OEM ? Anyone can help? Many thanks.
November 28, 201014 yr FPCH Admin All you have to do if you have a valid OEM key is to change the key in the server control panel. Keep in mind you can only activate an OEM key on one machine. Once activated for the first time it will be locked to that hardware. Another Forum - Unlike the Rest
