can somebody please tell me the process for upgrading from win 2008 core to win 2008 r2 full version

and if there is a way to upgrade machines with cluster between them with out breaking the cluster ?

According to Microsoft, "You cannot convert Server Core installations of Windows Server 2008 to non-Server Core installations of Windows Server 2008."

So it's installing a new machine and migrating the virtual servers to it ?

If so do i need to prepare special installation I am upgrading from 2008 to 2008 R2 with cluster between them ?

Microsoft has a step-by-step guide to upgrading your cluster to 2008 R2. Hope that helps.
