I MIGHT of found the problem. This may not work on other systems. When the

window shows saying the updates were not installed. Go to the internet

options in the control panal and activate the connections tab. There will be

a lan settings button. When you use that a lan settings box is shown. Make

sure the auto detect, use automatic script, and proxy server are NOT

activated. This might help. Probably not.
