Changing folder icons and thumbnails?

Evening

Ok, ive changed my default folder icon to the blue folder icon as can

be seen in the attachment. My problem is that when vista generates

thumbnails for the contents of the folder, the old yellow folder icon

comes back. Is there any way to change those old yellow folder icons to

my blue folder icons?

I hope ive explained this correctly. Basically I still want to be able

to see the contents of the folder within the folder icon, but I want to

folder icon to be that blue folder icon.
