Hi. Can anyone point me to a good source of information that describes

the Windows printing architecture in detail, how all the components

fit together and interact, and what the interfaces between them are?

I'm interested in:

- Any libraries an application that prints uses

- GDI

- The spooler

- Print providers

- Printer drivers, including universal printer drivers

- Port/language monitors

- Local vs remote printing

- EMF vs XPS

I have an article from The Code Project and Brian Madden's guide to

Terminal Services printing.

Thanks.
