Doing a search on the MS web site didn't find any fixes for me that worked. One of the suggestions was to find the error in the Event Veiwer, I found a number of Errors and warnings (Quite a few) under System, none in Security, 3 in MS Office Sessions, none in MS Office Diagnostics or IE and quite a few errors and warnings in Application. What do I do with all this information available to me and how does it relate to dwwin not initialising.. Thanks for your time. -- Regards, Raymond
