Posted October 3, 200816 yr We are using Windows Server 2003 R2 64-bit Enterprise Edition. It is our Terminal Server. We are not able to configure Outlook Profiles. Right-click on the Outlook Icon in Start Menu shows only 3 options - Read Mails, Internet Properties and Remove from the list. Access to Control Panel have been restricted, so users cannot access "Mail" control panel applet in "View x86 Control Panel Icons". How can I enable the "Outlook Properties" option in Start menu? Or how can I enable the "Mail" icon to be shown directly in "Control Panel" rather than in "View x86 Control Panel Icons"? Thanks in Advance. Best Regards, Denis Dudhia
