How Can I Close Cync Center On Windows Server 2008 ?

hi ,guys:

I installed a SQL Server version 2000 people yesterdaywhen i start my compter ,the cync center also start.I open the Boot start the Panel,but there is not this items in it,how can i close cync center on window server 208,and make it not start with system of windows server .thanks.
