Opps, relieve my irritation! Everytime Windows Explore loads the popup

Select Skin File appears to haunt me for some past badness I've done. Of

course, there are no skins in the default My Pictures folder. And what

program wants a skin? Media Player? Let's get rid of this nonsense, Doug!
