Outlook 2003 issue and more

Hi!

As this is my first post, i will apologise in advance for any wrong

doing!

I have recently developed 3 different issues on my new laptop.

Issue 1 Headphone Socket works on one user profile but not on other

Issue 2 Combination of Shift + Alt works on one profile and not other

And finally!! I have no send and receive button in outlook. I have

searched all forums and websites trying to find a remedy to this, i have

reinstalled outlook, reset up the email accounts, customized toolbars

and everything else that has worked for everyone else , but alas nothing

Any help with any of the problems would be most graciously received!!!!
