How Can I Remove The "open Sync Center" Menu Option From Under Tools On The Windows Explorer Menu?

How can I Remove the "Open Sync Center" Menu Option from under Tools on the Windows Explorer Menu? I can remove the other choice such as Map Network Drive and Folder Options using a GPO, but can't find anything to allow me to remove the "Open Sync Center" Any help greatly appreciated. Regards Nigel
