Windows Easy Transfer Problem

I have two Vista machines that below to a domain. I try and use the WET and

it starts the process and runs however it always gets to different point and

has trouble with a file and gives me the Skip or Continue and when I continue

its just looks like its doing something but never moves on from that point. I

am trying to transfer 2 accounts one is an admin account the other is not.

Is this a problem with access rights? or the WET process? I would

appreciate any help.
