Thank you for your response. The users are part of a domain. I tried the

following, but it did not resolve the issue. I deleted the printers from the

computer. I made the user an administrator. I then reinstalled the

printers. I tested the separator page, but it still displayed

"Administrator", not the user's name.

 

Do you know how I can fix this issue?

 

 

 

 

 

Are the user part of a domain?

 

If they entered the credentials for Administrator when making the printer

connections, the jobs hit the server with the same security ID
