recovered system error message

Hi, If this has been answered elsewhere, I apologize...I'm beyond frustrated

at this point...but didn't find anything related..

I recently updated to winxp, sp3 and since then my computer does auto

restarts. I receive the msg that it's recovered from a serious error and

then click details I get:
