Profiles not migrating to new server

I am trying to shut down a company's orignal server (001) and move to a new

server (002). I have gone into group policies and changed all the folder

redirection policies and I have changed their profile settings in AD to send

their profiles to the new server. As best I can tell everything is telling

them to save their My Docuemnts, etc. to 002 but looking at the file updates

times it is apparent that they are instead still saving to 001
