Posted September 4, 200816 yr Have this issue with Windows 2003 server SP1 that keeps generating every 1 minute this application error in the event log: Event Type: Error Event Source: Perflib Event Category: None Event ID: 1023 Date: 03/09/2008 Time: 20:49:24 User: N/A Computer: NEWSP Description: Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL PSched, the first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code. Data: 0000: 7e 00 00 00 ~... Been digging forums for all sorts of partly similar problems to this but non with 1023 ID and DLL PSched.
