Local profile cannot load

I have had several workstation with this same problem. When the user logs on

in the morning they receive a message that the local profile cannot be found

and they are being logged on with a temporary profile. Users only log off at

night and then log back on in the morning. If the user reboots his computer

he can log on with no problems. I have removed and rebuilt both the domain

and local profiles for these users. Two worked with nor problems, another

worked for about a week and then the problem started again. Does anyone have

any idea on what is causing this and how I can keep it from continually

happening? Thanks
