poolmon running as a service for output

On one of our Windows 2003 server it has a service poolmon3vbs. The execute

is srvany.exe. The path it pointed to has many vb scripts for poolmon

output. with this service running it will automatically generate poolmon

output. I'm sure we got this setup in the past by calling PSS. I need to

set this up on another server but can't find any how-to. Instead opening a

case with MS does anyone know how to set it up?
