missing features

I haven't used the new Spartan browser that much while running Windows 10 on my laptop. Last night I did the upgrade to my main box which ran Windows 8.1. I opened up Spartan and started to browse to a few sites. I then wanted to go the my home page. I looked everywhere and didn't see a home...
