ZOOM IN and OUT feature

Will someone remind me where I can find the "Powertoy" feature, if that is
what it is, an addon that puts zoom in and zoom out in the mouse rightclick
menu. It is too long back in time for me to remember where I perviously
found it. Thanks

I can vouch for it working in IE6 but I don't know about IE7.

Also, there was a minor tweak required to get the zoom feature to work
correctly. Get it here, if needed:
