Yet another good reason you dont need Vista!

Why do you think anyone on a Vista newsgroup would want to avoid Vista? You
and thousands of other users may not want it, but the people on this
newsgroup are here because they do.
Whatever the opposite of Preaching to the Choir is, that's what you're
doing.

Media center in Vista is terrific...had guests over last night and had my
music streaming wirelessly into my living room along with my pictures.
Not one hitch or problem...

You will have to excuse him, he is the resident vista group troll, in his
own
battle to give ill advice on vista, and to generally PUSH his opinion on
everyone else, he is hated by all, and changes his handle weekly to ensure
he can push his poision even when he has been blocked.

Now he thinks he's clever cross posting to get more attention in his sad
miserable life.

Have you noticed, that those who bash the latest version of Windows are
often the same ones who were bashing the last version, which they now are
defending against the new.

It is normal for every new version to cause some problems and solve
others. Some people will see many new problems, but seeing the new
advantages usually takes time. More often than not the new opportunities
eliminates most of the problems seen when trying to fit old procedures into
the new system.

With all due respect - the thousand of people visiting this NG are doing
so because they have /PROBLEMS/ with Vista, and wish they were back with XP.

"I was a SUPER supporter of all windows operating systems"
Please point us to posts demonstrating this.
This is most likely another FICTION you created.

However if true, you will need to identify the handle you used at that
time
Since you often change handles to escape and hide, this may be
difficult for you and you will probably just give another FALSE excuse
why you will not post the source since your sources are often kept
private only to you, how convenient.

"you too are stupid"
So typical of you.
You simply can not comprehend others can succeed where you fail and
thus others must be "stupid".

Windows Vista performs well for many as well as on two older computers
of mine.
Another FACT you can NOT disprove.

Who cares about what you like or dislike or support...you're a nobody.
Got it? You are a nobody...no one cares about your stupid life or your
bullsh*t diatribes about anything.
Get lost you jerk.

But it's not a genuine Microsoft product and may void your warranty.

Why on earth would third party software void any warranty?

You are correct that Vista is a perfectly good operating system, that
being said, it is not as good as as Win XP because as we all know
Microsoft has not ever been able to build an OS that does not have
problems. In the case of Win XP it has been out longer thus has less
problems than Vista at this point and with the up coming release of SP3
it looks like XP will also be a faster OS.

And this has happened with every major release of Windows. I didn't want to
go from 98 to 2k. Had trouble and wanted to go back. Same with 2k to XP. The
transition from XP to Vista for me has been the smoothest of any I have
experienced. For the most part, and notice I said MOST, the ones that are
wanting to go back are those that have little are no technical background.
Got XP on whatever system they bought, and have neither the desire and/or
skill to want to try something else. But as I always say...Use what works
best for you. Hell, if 3.1 works for you, and you don't need anything else.
Use that. Just don't sit in around bitching and moaning to people that don't
want to hear it because you don't happen to like it.
