Yes and it is not possible by hitting F2 or F12 or zero or FN or CTRL+F11 to get into BIOS to change boot order. All I get is this blue screen with the message.
So I am not even able to start recovery nor use a linux start disk in order to save my hdd content.
DELL Hotline says it's a microsoft problem. They are only in charge of HW. Lucky there is no microsoft hotline......
We are a SME in IT business but this kind of total loss of a laptop within 6 month 8.0 resp. 8.1 I remember only from Win95-times.
