I use Windows XP and cannot connect to the web. There is a yellow triangle in the task bar over the icons showing two computer screens. The yellow triangle has an exclamation mark in it.
By right clicking on the triangle a window appears 'Local area connection status'. If I click support/repair the window states' renewing your IP address'. Then a message appears stating 'Cannot renew your IP address'.
Please can you offer any help?
