Yellow Shield In System Tray

Last night I just downloaded the most recent three updates which included KB890830, the Malicious Software Removal Tool. The other two were (KB2880513) and (KB2878233). The Yellow Shield still shows that KB890830 is still available. I am running XP-Pro SP3 and IE8. Is this another occasion where I should uninstall and reinstall these updates? There has been no recent problem with Windows Updates until now.
