Xubuntu "Super" Problem

Guys, I have a small problem. I could have googled. But, I didn't know what to searh for. I am currently using Xubuntu 14.04 and I have assigned the super key to open the whisker menu. The problem is even when I use it in combinations Super+R or Super+E, I open both the whisker menu and the other application. How can I solve this??
