Is there a forum established for reporting bugs in SP3?

I downloaded it this morning and have noticed three changes that interest or
concern me, and I'd like to start providing feedback.

The first is that cookie handing handling in Internet Explorer on my test
system has to be set to the lowest level possible to log in and post this.
Apparently support.microsoft.com cookies are rejected.

The second is that I cannot move files as freely between folders entirely on
a network drive. I have a network storage array and it contains all my
downloads, images, and some less frequently documents. Since installing the
public beta of SP3, I cannot move files from one folder into a lower folder
on at least the same drive. Moving files *to* the array is not affected.
The action is prevented with a "You do not have the security access to
perform the action" error mesage.

Third is that my local newspaper has blogging capability for reader
feedback. It's supposed to load the news article, and then blogging comments
are below the news article, loaded at the same time. The current behavior is
for the news article to load just fine, but the blogging section shows
"loading" and never loads. Is this intended behavior, or is it connected to
new security restrictions?

Recheck your download files; there should be
instructions there about reporting bugs. Somewhere
along the line the info was given to you.

BEFORE you report bugs, you should also first check to
see if they've already been reported by someone else,
AND be certain it isn't some setting on your system
affecting that; that's where this newgroup would
probably be better if you went to the SP3 group,
wherever it is at.

Go back towhere you downloaded it if you have to and
look for hte relevant information you need.
