finally trying to install sp3 on an old gateway with sp 2. downloaded the install pack and ran the reset on the registry. shot off virus protection and disconnected from the internet. i can't get it to install bast the below.
any ideas on what to do next?
the install always hangs on backing up one of the sytem devices
