I have already checked the properties and made sure nothing was checked to allow for the automatic deletion of files.
For the life of me, I can't figure out why when I delete a file (and no, it's not shift-delete) that it won't show up in the recycling bin. Even dragging a file from the desktop to the bin does not work. The files do not show up in the Recycling Bin. Any advice?
