XP no able to update an 2007 PC recently re formated from Dell`s custom intall CDs

have tried many times to update an old Dell Dimension e250 PC recently formated with Dells install CDs to update web page for XP for downloading all updates, but, getting same errors : 0x80240036 and 0x80244019. I have asked 4 help at Microsoft support
and not gotten any by now ...
