I'm trying to print from my Dell XP PC to HP Photosmart 5100. It tells my my document failed to print. I've already gone through the troubleshooter - no success. Everything is configured properly; printer is Ready and set to printer port 1.
This problem comes out of the blue, printing has been fine and I haven't made any software changes ... Help!
The printer can copy.
