XP home edition keeps rebooting after sp2 download.

build 2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158:service pack 2


I can't get sp2 to download it keeps rebooting my system and I have to go into the safe mode to get on the internet.

I disabled the auto restart and I got this:
