I have a 128 GB PNY flash drive, F, which I am using to store many programs and documents in view of my small hard drive and concerns about its durability. I am finding that on my initial bootup of the day that the system is not recognizing my PNY. I have to remove it and re-insert it. It's no use using safely Remove Hardware, because F doesn't show up there. When I reboot after doing this, then the system will recognize F.

I ran a chkdsk on F, and it found no problems. I have a 4 GB Lexar flash drive which the system always recognizes.
