XP camera and scanner wizard for windows 8.1

I really miss my XP camera and scanner wizard, can l just go into the system32 folder and copy the file wiaacmge,exe on my old XP computer and load it onto my new windows 8.1 computer?

Thank you for any help on this.

If I can not I am going to return my new computer and get a MAC for work and keep my old XP for everything else.
