XP Blue screening

Hi,

My Windows XP pro is blue screening no matter how I attempt to boot up. I cannot get into Safe mode at all. The error message is

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

0x00000050 (0XE121E00-0X00000001-0X80906F1D-0X00000001)

I have searched Google and not come up with much bar change the memory which I have done but the PC still blue screens.

No hardware or software has been installed recently.

Any help much appreciated.

Is your CPU overclocked? if so try running it at factory speed and see if that helps
