write a file to usb floppy drive under writeprotect

I Turn on Writeprotect in USB as :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies\WriteProtect's DWORD value as "1" to write protect to USB drives.

Can I write a file to my usb floppy.
