I have just purchased a lenovo ideapad s510p. it has windows 8 installed on it but it can not detect my windows8 phone (Lumia 520). I installed the windows phone desktop app and also updated the phone to the latest version and still there is no change. The cable and ports are ok because they work with other phones. Actually when i connect phone to laptop, it keeps on being detected and going off continously.
