Dear All,

I have a wireless optical desktop set bought a few years ago.
Recently, I set it up again on my new computer.

I found that the middle button of my mouse does not work.
When I press, it does not even give a signal output.

1. I use msinfo come with intellipoint, the middle button does not have any
effect on the test screen while left and right click have no problem.
2. When I click left or right button, the light of the mouse will give a
flash showing that it is giving out a signal. But the middle button does
not.
I suspect that it might be the hardware problem.

Anyone in the same boat?

Thanks!
Simon

Are you certain you have the correct drivers loaded for the mouse?

Yes Sure.
I test 3 mouse simultaneously. 2 of them worked perfectly while this mouse
does not work in the middle button only.

Then you will want to replace the mouse with a working one.
