Wireless Optical Explorer 2.0

I recently had a virus and spam problems with my computer. Brought it in to get removed and when I brought it home, my wireless keyboard worked but not my wireless mouse. I have tried removing the hardware and then reinstalling it but still it doesn't work. I have checked the battery charge and that is fine.
