Wireless access to network with WM 6.5

Can’t see GeoXH units (running WM 6.5) from the network when connected to our network wirelessly – We want to see the Geo like a device on the network. We want to wirelessly move data back and forth without connecting Geo’s to PC’s everywhere. Is this possible?
